Abstract

ABSTRACT

This study aims to examine the effects of mindfulness-based interventions on adolescents with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). A review method was used in this research, and no field study or scale application was conducted. The study analyzed recent research obtained from English and Turkish sources. As a result of the literature review, it was found that mindfulness-based practices increase attention span, reduce impulsivity, and contribute to emotional regulation in adolescents with ADHD. Based on these findings, it is concluded that mindfulness-based approaches can be an effective method for managing ADHD symptoms.
